If you are traveling in the near future and wish to take your pet together with you, we can help you with the transportation matters from point of origin to destination. We will provide assistance on documentation and transportation matters to minimize if possible eliminate the stress and strain that you and your pet will face during the traveling period. The details of the Services provided with regards to the timeline and charges can be found below.

Import  (For Pets arriving from a foreign country to Malaysia)

Requirements : The owner has to provide all scanned copies of medical records including recent vaccinations.

Fees and Charges

  • I1 – RM1,650.00 (Provided owner is able to supply all relevant health documents)
  • I2 – RM1,650.00 (Provided the Import Permit is done by us)
  • Fees excludes costs associated with flights from origin

Export (For Pets leaving from Malaysia to a foreign country)

Requirements : The owner has to provide all scanned copies of medical records including recent vaccinations.

Fees and Charges

  • E1 – RM1,000.00 For Express Service of 1 week it will be RM1,500.00
  • E2 – RM1,500.00 (Provided the Export Permit is done by us)
  • E3 – Depending on destination. Estimated charges are as below. These are merely estimated for your planning purpose as you may want to seriously consider the cost of traveling for your pet. Please take note that the cost may vary based on the actual animal itself.
    • Asia Pacific – RM4,000.00
    • Oceania – RM4,000.00
    • Europe – RM6,000.00
    • North America – RM8,000.00
    • South America – RM9,000.00
    • Africa – RM10,000.00

How To Proceed?

Call us to state the Service Code (I1, E1 etc) and email the requirement documents. If we require additional information, we will get in touch with you. Your animal needs to be micro-chipped. The owner is required to pay a deposit of 50% before we begin our services upon which we will issue an official receipt at the time of picking up the pet for Health Certification. The balance 50% needs to be settled when we handover relevant documents to the owner.
